💰 Salary Structure

• ALP Basic Pay: ₹19,900 per month (Level-2 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix)
• Technician Salary: ₹19,900 – ₹29,200 based on the post

Overall monthly in-hand salary can range from ₹30,000 to ₹42,000 based on duty hours, shifts, and allowances.

🧾 Selection Process

The selection process is designed to assess the technical and logical aptitude of the candidate:

• CBT Stage 1: Objective type test with 75 questions (Maths, Reasoning, General Science, GK)
• CBT Stage 2: Two parts – Part A (100 marks) and Part B (Technical Subject – 75 marks)
• CBAT (Computer Based Aptitude Test): Only for ALP applicants who clear CBT 2
• Document Verification: Final stage with medical examination

All tests will be in multiple languages including Hindi and English, conducted online.
